كيف نستخدمها

أين تُحفظ

تُحفظ البيانات لدى مزوّد الخدمة Supabase، وتُرسل الرسائل عبر Twilio. الاتصال مشفّر.

حذف حسابك

من التطبيق أو الموقع: حسابي ← حذف الحساب. يُحذف ملفك وتقييماتك فوراً وتُلغى حجوزاتك القادمة. تبقى زياراتك السابقة في سجلات العيادات دون ربطها بحسابك. إذا لم تعد تستخدم التطبيق، سجّل الدخول في الموقع بنفس رقمك واحذف الحساب من هناك.

Privacy Policy

Al Shifa lets patients in Iraq book a queue number at clinics. We collect your phone number (for SMS login and booking messages), your name and city, your bookings (clinic, doctor, day, number, patient name and note), and your ratings. Clinics also provide their details and a license photo, seen only by Al Shifa staff for verification. We do not collect your location, contacts or medical records.

Booking details go only to the clinic you booked with. We send messages about your booking (reminders, turn near, skipped, cancelled by the clinic). Ratings show your first name only. We do not sell your data or use it for ads. Data is stored with Supabase and messages are sent via Twilio, over encrypted connections.

Delete your account: in the app or on the website, go to Account → Delete account. Your profile and ratings are deleted immediately and upcoming bookings are cancelled; past visits stay in clinic records, unlinked from you.
